Combining fresh fish, local Cycladic produce and modern techniques, Soros Beach Antiparos delivers overwhelming satisfaction, starting in the morning at 08:30 with breakfast and champagne, lasting till the evening. This summer we are proud to introduce food pairings of our classics with champagne and other spirits well as signature sushi creations, served on our beach and restaurant!

Daily deliveries of fresh fish, crustaceans and fine seafood from our local fishermen, who for generations have provided with the treasures of the Aegean Sea are harmoniously paired, creating a complete culinary experience from the hands of our chef Spyros Melanitis and his team!
We handle fresh delicacies and local produce with love and respect ensuring that it is enjoyed as it is supposed to. Support is given to our local fishermen, cultivators and producers from the Cyclades as a way to give back for all that is given to us!

SUSHI DINNER
Soros Beach Antiparos is introducing an all-new dining experience for our distinguished customers and hotel guests. Our culinary team is dedicated to creating a unique dining experience after dusk at our restaurant or on the beach under the Cycladic moonlight, or even utilizing the privacy of your seaside suite.
Selected appetizers salads and main courses from our brand-new seasonal menu along with our raw bar and sushi creations perfectly paired with Rosé wine or champagne to bring the most out of each fresh ingredient available.
Our restaurant serves breakfast between 08:30 and 11:00, snacks between 11:00 and 20:00, and our all day selections between 12:30 and 21:00
